Scheduling and Appointments

• Weather conditions may require rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee

• Return to address any concerns at no additional charge
• Re-clean areas that do not meet our quality standards
• Work with you to resolve any issues promptly

Warranty Period

Our satisfaction guarantee is valid for 7 days after service completion. Claims must be reported within this period.
